Terms of Service for MayoguiPlay.

Overview

MayoguiPlay provides digital tools for streamers, including hosted widgets, OBS browser-source overlays, StreamElements-compatible tools, creator dashboards, downloadable assets, and subscription access for Dead by Daylight creators.

By using MayoguiPlay websites, apps, widgets, subscriptions, or digital products, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Digital products and subscription access

Mayogui Pro is a paid monthly subscription that unlocks access to stream tools, widgets, overlays, dashboards, and related updates. The current subscription price is US$4.99 per month unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Access is delivered digitally through subscriber login, private access links, browser-source URLs, hosted dashboards, downloads, or product updates.

Payments and billing

Current subscriptions are processed through PayPal. Lemon Squeezy will be used as the Merchant of Record for subscription billing and digital product sales. Billing, taxes, invoices, and payment processing may be handled by the payment provider shown at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the payment provider or subscription management flow.

Refunds and cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past billing periods.

Because MayoguiPlay products are digital tools and access-controlled services, refunds are reviewed case by case. If you paid by mistake, cannot access the service, or need help, contact support at [email protected].

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, share private subscriber-only links publicly, attempt to bypass access controls, copy or resell the tools without permission, attack the service, or use MayoguiPlay in a way that violates Twitch, Kick, Discord, PayPal, Lemon Squeezy, or other third-party platform rules.

Streaming platform integrations

MayoguiPlay may connect with third-party platforms such as Twitch, Kick, OBS, StreamElements, Discord, YouTube, PayPal, Lemon Squeezy, and Cloudflare. MayoguiPlay is not owned by these platforms and cannot guarantee their availability or changes to their APIs, policies, or services.

Availability and updates

MayoguiPlay may update, improve, rename, replace, or discontinue individual tools when needed. The goal is to keep the subscription useful for streamers, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Intellectual property

MayoguiPlay tools, layouts, widgets, overlays, graphics, dashboards, and related assets are provided for use by subscribers and customers. You may use them for your own streams or purchased purpose, but you may not redistribute, resell, or claim ownership of MayoguiPlay products without permission.

No IPTV or broadcast redistribution

MayoguiPlay does not sell IPTV, television channels, copyrighted broadcasts, or retransmission services. The service sells digital stream tools, interactive widgets, overlays, dashboards, and creator assets for streamers.

Limitation of liability

MayoguiPlay is provided as a digital creator tool service. To the maximum extent allowed by law, MayoguiPlay is not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, stream interruptions, third-party platform issues, payment provider issues, or misuse of the tools.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as MayoguiPlay adds new tools, subscriptions, payment methods, or integrations. The latest version will be posted on this page.
